How To Connect

    1. Find “Add connections”

    2. Add our 3Shape email: cadcam@epicdentalstudios.com and send the request

    3. We will accept the request within 24 hours.

    2. Add EPIC Dental Studios (ID#13105)

    3. Sync Scanner

    1. Login: www.meditlink.com

    2. Click the “Partners” tab

    3. Search: EPIC Dental Studios to be added.

    1. Log In: Access DS Core through your browser or the app.

    2. Access Settings: Click the profile icon (your initials) in the top right corner.

    3. Navigate: Select Practice, then click the Preferred Labs tab.

    4. Add Lab: Click the Add Preferred Lab button on the right.

    5. Search: Use the search bar to find your lab by name, email, phone, or location.

    6. Confirm: Find EPIC Dental Studios in the results and click the Add button next to it, then confirm in the pop-up by clicking Add lab again.

    7. Verify: Check the back arrow to confirm the lab is active in your list.

    2. Add our Carestream email: damien@epicdentalstudios.com, and send the request.

    3. We will accept the request within 24 hours.

    1. Find: “Scanner Lab Menu”

    2. Call 3M Digital Impression Customer Service: at (877) 722-6528 and request EPIC Dental Studios to be added.

    1. Sign in to the Dental Cloud. Enter the "Connections" tab on the left of the Dental Cloud portal.

    2. Click the "New" button in the upper right corner and enter EPIC Dental Lab (epicdentallab@dentaltech.group). 

    3. Click "confirm" to send the request to us.
